I would add: Netanyahu & Trump, and the Palestinian rejectionists & tankie ultra-left campaigning against have a common goal: To destroy the possibility of a peaceful coexistence of Israel and a Palestinian state. So it's natural that the latter would attack Biden in ways that help Trump.
